Shipping & Returns
Gay's The Word
For Online Orders: Generally, we make take up to 2-3 working days to process your order. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. We use a standard service to ship your parcel so we won't have a tracking number for your parcel.

All UK orders are shipped Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard and generally take 2-3 working days to arrive. Please note: this does not include a tracking number. The UK includes Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Regarding Gay's The Word and LGSM posters, each poster requires separate shipping because they will always ship separately from books, t-shirts, tote bags, and other items in a sturdy cardboard tube. If you would like to purchase more than one poster and have them shipped to the same address, please contact us for shipping costs.
All orders up to 2kg are shipped at a flat rate of £10 to Europe (this includes all countries designated as Europe by Royal Mail). Once shipped, Royal Mail advise orders take at least 5 or more working days to arrive, depending on the country. However, this may take 12 days longer if it has to go through customs. Please be advised delays are now more routine and you may need to be patient waiting for your parcel to arrive. We do not send items tracked.
International Shipping - Worldwide
We are always delighted to send books all over the world! To place your order, please contact us directly via email and we will reply with shipping costs. Prices are at-cost using Royal Mail's International Standard shipping rates.
With dispatch delays now increasingly common please wait a few weeks before contacting the bookshop if your delivery has not yet arrived. The vast majority do in the end. If you suspect that your parcel has gone missing, please contact us with your order details and we'll replace it free of charge. However, we may ask you to wait a short period of time in case there was a delay within the postal system itself.
If any of the items in your order have arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a replacement.
We only accept returns in exceptional circumstances. If you would like your order to be considered for return, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. Returns are at the discretion of our booksellers.
