Newsletter
We operate an email newsletter program which we use to inform subscribers about bookshop news and events. Users can opt-in to the newsletter through an online form on the Site, and subscribers can unsubscribe at any time through an automated online service, or if not available, other means as detailed in the footer of sent marketing messages. Subscriber personal details are collected, processed, managed and stored in accordance with the regulations named above.

Customer Orders
When placing a customer order for a product, we will collect some customer information including name and email address which will only be used to contact the customer with updates on the status of their order. This information is stored securely for use with subsequent orders, and a history of products ordered by each customer will be retained. This order history is not shared with any third parties, and customers can request access to the contact details and order history we hold for them at any time, as well as requesting the erasure of all information held if required.
