Here Again Now by Okechukwu Nzelu

Achike Okoro is an up-and-coming actor, soon to star in a career-making film  His friend Ekene is lost, moving from one unfulfilling relationship to another, estranged from his family and recently made redundant from his job as a drama teacher.
 
Both young, both  Nigerian-British and gay,  Ackike and Ekene have always been more than just friends and now it feels like they are on the cusp of finally admitting this to each other.  But beneath the facade of success, Achike is confused by affection and how to receive it.  Things are complicated by having his father, Chibuike who has alcohol issues,  come to live with him. 
 
Following a devastating event, it is Ekene and Chibuike who will come together to try and make sense of the complexity of these relationships.
